Robin, it is a cuisinart baker oven, it's nice, wish it would go to say 800F so I could make real pizza Napoletana, but until then it works fine!

Is that a Cuisinart Brick Oven you are using? Are they any good (though by the look of your pizza that would seem a superfluous question...)? I can't find anything like that for sale in the UK (the Cuisinart UK site omits ovens). Perhaps they are not legal over here (like my stove top milk steamer which will one day need to be replaced).
