Thanks MC, they were fun to make and tasted great too, especially the ones with shrimp! A few days ago we made some more to teach the cooks the two methods,plantain and flour. Fantastic, and we even used local cheeses as well as making some buñuelos with some nice coffee from Jipijapa!
