Kamel Saci is not just a world-class baker, he's a class human being. Born and raised in a small French town, Sasi has baked professionally around the globe, starting in France but working in Russia, Mexico, Columbia, Brazil, Spain, the United Kingdom as well as America. These days he runs a consulting practice in New York City. We first met on Instagram. A bit later, we met in person, after which Kamel ended up inviting me to an evening of baking. It was a blast.
