A Stir The Pots Post

Anthony Bourdain

by | Apr 8, 2007 | Chefs

Tony Bourdain is tasting his way around the world; the Kalahari, Paris, Tel Aviv, and all points in between – from white tablecloths of Michelin restaurants to neighborhood Latin takeout in the Bronx. He was kind enough to spend some time with us. It was a treat to listen to him share his thoughts on everything from myths about Mario Batali’s red clogs to Gordon Ramsay’s genuine affection for actual chefs. Anyway, listen.
