Bullar Buns

by | Jul 8, 2013 | Bread

Swedish Bullars are buns. They offer a scent of cardamom, a far cry from those gluey cinnamon rolls that are sold at Ikea. I made a batch of bullars with the help of  Sebastien Boudet, a French baker living in Sweden who has a fabulous website. Actually, it's composed in Swedish, so you'll need Google's translation to make sense of it. Anyway, my first effort failed because of timing on the fermentation process. But try it, yourself. Ultimately it's well worth it.

Jeremy, you are such a tease! You make peoples’ mouth water, and then leaves us to Google translates mercy. I don’t need a good laugh – I’m hungry!
