My friend Eric Girerd a sixth generation chocolatier who we first interviewed on Stir The Pots in 2007, he’s been my go to chocolate guy for Christmas and special events with excellent great products. In fact he’s taken over the making of our icon chocolate discs we offer guests after dinner, taking a load off my hands of labor intensive tempering and molding. From his his shop in Jersey City where they make patisseries, chocolates and even have a cafe. Besides producing and chocolates here in the states he sells worldwide including outpost locations in Tokyo and Korea.
