The other night I caught this interesting Charlie Rose interview with Ferran Adria, who sometimes is misunderstood for his approach to cooking. In this interview, he makes quite clear his passion for food and interest in asking  the quintessential question, why!  Note: This video captures the entire Charlie Rose episode, which includes several other interviews.
