Gelato Al Latte Di Capra (Goat Milk Gelato)

by | Mar 26, 2014 | Desserts, Food

Chevere! Ice cream. More specifically, delicious goats milk gelato. I made it using Coach Farm Milk that some local grocery stores stock. Using a fabulous formula for the gelato from John Snyder of Il Laboratorio del Gelato (found here at Saveur magazine online) the milk is actually somewhat flavorless but creamier tasting then that from cows. Also, goat milk is easier for those who have lactic-related problems.  Once churned, it helps create the silkiest and most delicious gelato. Without additives or gels, it’s easy to make and good to eat!
