Leberkäse is a meatloaf, namely a crusty pork variety I had at this wonderful restaurant I visited in Germany while in the army. For a long while I wanted to relive that experience. So recently I put together my own vesrsion. Pretty good, but it needs a tweak in seasoning or ingredients including its namesake liver
