"En Papillote" is a cooking method in which food is placed in a parcel and baked. Parchment paper or aluminum foil are just a few of the materials available to package. Cooking can end up making us slaves to the pots, pans and dishes filling our sink. With just a packet ready, filled with delicious food, this cooking medium helps avoid such scenarios. Here is my latest effort using turbot, leeks, and mushrooms. It resulted in a clean counter and, even better, a wonderfully clean taste.
