Recently my friend Gregoire Michaud introduced me to Australian food stylist and photographer Josephine Rozman, recent transplant to New York by way of Hong Kong. Josephine had a project about tartines, so she invited me along for a collaboration, with her shooting and me baking. A fine eye and fine day to learn to focus on food.
