A Stir The Pots Post

Jamon Iberico

by | Apr 14, 2018 | Food, Jamon

Bellota ham is a heritage variety, acorn-fed pork from Spain. Not only is it tasty, it’s gorgeous. For serving it, I was inspired by a Catalan “pa amb tambiquet,” a wonderful mix of tomato, olive oil and garlic drenched toast. It sold like mad!
